Personalised service is what you can expect from Jodie Reardon Photography. When you contact me, I guarantee I will quickly respond to your enquiry. I understand wedding planning is hard work and I hope to make your life a little easier. My packages are simple yet you can mix them up to suit you. To give you a guide on my prices, my most popular package is:

  • All day coverage – from one partners preparations till bridal waltz (maximum 8-9 hours), other partner photographed prior to ceremony at ceremony location.
  • Images are edited and provided in high resolution JPEG files (high resolution is best quality for printing), I’ll also resize them so it’s easy to upload your images to social media.
  • A slideshow within a few days of the wedding
  • A gorgeous 12’x12′ flushmount album with 32 pages like the one below
  • Total price is $2800
  • Take away the album $2399

Frequently Asked Questions

If you think I’m the photographer for you, I’ve put together some frequently asked questions about my booking procedure and other relevant information. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you’re unsure of anything.

Q: Can I come and view some of your work?

A: Absolutely. I have a studio set up at my home and I invite you to come here and look at some albums and have a chat with me. When looking for the right photographer it’s important you feel comfortable in their presence, and also to view work in print. I understand meeting can be difficult for some couples as distance might be an issue, you can of course still book it in online. If we get to meet before the date that’s great but if not, that’s ok too. We can always chat on the phone.

Q: To keep costs down, at this stage I would like a USB only of images, is this ok?

A: Yes, you can also come back to me after the wedding to order an album too.

Q: Do you watermark the images?

A: Your high resolution files are NOT watermarked.

Q: What sort of deposit do you require and how do I make payment?

A: I ask for a $400 deposit with the balance payable one week before the wedding day. Your wedding photography is invoiced outlining the inclusions of the package chosen. Once payments are made, the invoice is updated so you will always know how much is owing. Payments are by direct deposit.

Q: Is the deposit refundable if there is any changes to the date or cancellation of the wedding?

A: Hopefully this doesn’t happen but to address it, unfortunately no. Your deposit locks in your wedding date which means I block the date for anyone else. If you change your date or cancel the wedding the deposit is non-refundable.

Q: Do you hold dates without a deposit.

A: I simply cannot hold dates without a deposit. The deposit locks in your date so I encourage you to pay it as soon as you can. I can receive multiple enquiries for the same date so if you know you want to book – please don’t hold off with your deposit as you may miss out.

Q: When do I receive my images after the wedding?

A: It’s really exciting for a couple to see their wedding images and what I like to do is put some in my blog a day or two (depending on my work schedule) after the event. If you haven’t seen my blog, check it out. You will see the most recent weddings I have photographed. Generally I have them ready within 2 weeks, however my contract says to allow 6 weeks, especially in peak wedding season.

Q: How long do location photo’s take?

A: If ever in doubt of how long to leave between your ceremony commencement time and your reception, it’s better to be a little more generous than to be rushing around. I really dislike having to rush a bride and groom on their wedding day. I like to allow them the time to mingle with the guests after the ceremony as this is a big part of your day. This is the first interaction with friends and family after you’re officially married and it’s important you let all the guests congratulate you. I like to have at least an hour on location and that doesn’t include driving time. If in doubt, please ask me.

Q: How will I know what time I need to be ready by on the day?

A: Prior to the wedding, I will let you know the time I will arrive and the time I would like you and your tribe to be ready by. The reason I provide this is for you to get the most out of your photography.
