What a wonderful celebration Daryll and Katrina’s wedding was! Their family and friends brought so much happiness and laughter to the occasion. And with the sun shining down on us, it was a truly gorgeous day.
From the moment I photographed Daryll and Katrina’s engagement session, I could tell they were a special couple. They were warm, genuine, and had a great sense of humor that had us laughing throughout the shoot. I felt an instant connection with them, and it was clear to see how much they adored each other. Daryll’s playful personality has Katrina laughing, and I knew their wedding day would be just as fabulous!
There was no shortage of anticipation leading up to Daryll and Katrina’s wedding, which made it all the more special when the day finally arrived. I started with Daryll and headed to Katrina and captured them exchanging heartfelt gifts they had for each other. The presence of their children made it all the more special.
The wedding ceremony was a beautiful moment, full of laughs and tears as they were joined together by Kate Tyler-Webber. The lighthearted joke of Daryll being shorter than Katrina brought a surprise moment when Kate went and grabbed a step for Daryll to stand on. Organised by Katrina of course!
Their beautiful kids did an amazing job as they headed down the aisle with Grandma, with the rings around their necks and little Emersyn was overcome with emotion as the tears flowed. Tears of love and joy for her Mum and Dad.
After a hoon around the golf course for some photos, we headed back where Kate was in charge as MC and got the night going! Great speeches, the sound of guests having a wonderful time and it wasn’t long till the dance floor was going off.
To this lovely couple Daryll and Katrina – what an honour to be there. Thank you for choosing me. Congratulations on FINALLY getting married. Continue to laugh and look at each other the same way you did on this beautiful day.
