The Ridge Estate was where two amazing people tied the knot. 

As a Central Coast wedding photographer, I love when couples like Luke and Tianna do things their way. Their wedding day was all about their comfort, and they created a celebration that felt right for them. I admired how they got ready together, with Luke’s first look at Tianna in her dress happening at the ceremony—a big moment, especially as Tianna usually wears a lot of black!

It was a joy to float around, capturing candid shots and connecting with their wonderful families, including taking plenty of photos of their adorable shnoodle, Evie. Luke and Tianna kept things calm and casual, which made the day feel intimate and relaxed. My approach as a photographer always adapts to the couple, and after talking with Tianna earlier in the week, I knew how important a low-key vibe was for them.

Weddings like this remind me of the importance of the guests and atmosphere, too. The love and laughter filled every moment, with friends and family truly relishing the day. From Nan tearing up the dance floor to Luke’s mum hugging him, with family having come all the way from the UK, it was a day full of unforgettable memories.

One of my highlights was when Luke told me how comfortable he felt with me. Day made! And Tianna, we could totally hang out and have Evietini’s together!
