What a sweet family. Lucas is 18 months old and is participating in the Celebrate T21 book for the first time. This is a book of children with Down Syndrome and their families and the book is given to parents when receiving a diagnosis of Down Syndrome. I’ve really enjoyed meeting these absolutely beautiful kids, their smiles really warm my heart and I’m so glad I volunteered for it. I absolutely love the photo when James who is 3 and a half – leans in and puts his head on Lucas’ shoulder. The cutest!
