Central Coast Wedding at Pullman Magenta Shores

A perfect day for Emily and Brett at Pullman Magenta Shores.

The ceremony of Emily and Brett was made even more special by Emily’s sister Sonya, who married them. I have worked alongside Sonya Harman at a few weddings and she’s a lovely person who delivers an equally awesome ceremony.

Emily walked down the aisle escorted by her son, Lachlan, and when they approached Brett, the hug he gave Lachie had us all welling up! This man wears his heart on his sleeve. I admire people unafraid to show their emotions, who get caught in the moment and who’s actions show how they feel. These moments truly inspire me and will always be my favourite images to capture. Emily and Brett’s genuine appreciation for the people that were there was so heartwarming. I can see why these two hit it off. Both of them are warm and kind and to spend some time with them on their wedding day was absolutely wonderful. It was easy and fun, and I hear that they continued the fun into the evening.

I met Emily when she introduced herself and Brett to me at Magenta’s open day. She explained that she had some family willing to take some photos on their wedding day. My ‘ I suggested to her I could shoot the ceremony and some photos afterwards and the family could take over after that. I’m so glad she took me up on the offer and I was able to capture these moments for them.
