Yesterday it finally happened for Tim and Lexi! These guys were originally getting married last year however as Celebrant Jo from Vows Now put it during the ceremony ‘Tim’s kidney’s had other ideas’. With an operation for Tim, the wedding had to be postponed. So yesterday was the day, the same day it was meant to be last year where these two became Mr and Mrs. The girls were getting ready early with hair and make up by the talented Fiona Rogers as they prepared for a lunch time ceremony which was held in the stunning location in The Watagans. I’d never shot here before, so I took a drive up a month ago to suss it out, however it transformed yesterday with the set up looking absolutely awesome with marquees and plenty of food set out as a big grazing table. It really was a picnic wedding in The Pines! The decorations were lovely with pots of coloured flowers, a photo wall, a royal like chair and a cake of Krispy Cremes! There was no rain (thank the Lord), and lucky for those denim jackets because it was a tad chilly! I loved hearing the story of Lexi and Tim, how she didn’t really like him that much in the beginning, put him in the friend zone but he ended up being the man of her dreams.
