There’s nothing I love more than spending the day with a couple as beautiful as Joanna and Scott. 

What a welcoming, fun bunch of a bridal party and lovely families! 

What an incredible day to capture. I’m truly blessed to meet such wonderful couples and to be a small part of their day is an honour.

These guys are just so considerate (Joanna even tried to give me a bottle of wine before the wedding) and both she and Scott thanked me and their other vendors during their speech. We never expect that, but it goes to show, these guys are a credit to their families and are just so thoughtful and kind. 

A special ceremony, the looks as they saw each other when Jo walked down the aisle with her Dad, and proud parents watching on. They were married by Celebrant Lisa Philipsen (Love Share Declare) who also doubled as a fabulous MC. 

After a hoon up the golf course and a slow ride back, thanks to me going slightly off course and my buggy breaking down but thank you to Jarron my rescuer groomsman got me going again. Back at the reception the bridal party made a brilliant entrance, groomsmen with funky socks on show. This is how you get the party started! 

We had the most incredible night sky.

It so happened I was outside grabbing something from my car and thought ‘I’m going to miss this sky’. As if they read my mind, they were headed out the door. We caught the most beautiful sunset photos.  Jo and Scott value photos and were so into everything I suggested and I so appreciate that. 

I should’ve known they were going to do something pretty fabulous for their first dance and they did. With lifts and dips and spins – they did an amazing job, but follow that with the most emotional mother-daughter dance and you have a photographer hiding back her tears behind the camera – so heartwarming.
